We offer various medical services that are not covered by the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia (MSP). These services are payable by the patient.
Amari Medical Practice will no longer bill companies such as insurers, employers, schools , lawyers, etc. directly for form completions and notes.
All forms must be handed to the receptionist upon check-in.
Please have your portion(s) of the form completed and ready for the physician to review.
